Infotainment and Technology Features
Right at the centre of attention for the 2024 Audi SQ8 e-tron’s display features is the Virtual Cockpit Plus technology. It’s a 12.3-inch high-definition instrument cluster that contains all the vital information you need right in front of you. Bang & Olufsen delivers stunning 3D sound for all to enjoy, while you can quickly connect your phone to Android Auto or Apple CarPlay for your favourite mobile applications. For $2,000* more, there’s an extra technology package that adds a heads-up display, intersection assistant, and wet-arm wipers.
Exterior Design
The standard colour that the 2024 Audi SQ8 e-tron is presented in is Mythos Black Metallic, which we personally love. If you’re keen to see what else is available, you have a variety of colours in metallic, pearlescent, solid, and Audi-exclusive categories. The three rim sizes of 20, 21, and 22-inch all have 5-Y spoke layouts with Interferenz, ‘S’, and Rotor designs. For those who want more, you can add the Black Optics Package for about $1,200* extra for a black grille, roof rails, and mirrors.
Interior, Comfort, and Cargo Space
The 2024 Audi SQ8 also offers variety when it comes to the interior. Valcona perforated leather and leather seats with “S” embossed on them are the two main types of materials. For the former, you only get it in Black-Rock Grey, while the latter adds Red Agate and Grey-Anthracite Grey to the mix. The Contour Seat Package for $1,700* adds ventilation with the front seat and a massage function, among other comfort features. If you choose the Premium Package, the front and rear seats are heated. The base cargo space is 419 litres, but you can pop those rear seats down to open up to 1719 litres.
Performance Features
Heading up the performance segment of the 2024 Audi SQ8 is the Tri-Motor EV with 496 horsepower. You have three motors in the electric SUV, with one powering the front wheels and two for the back. Thanks to this design, you have improved traction in the rear, distributing torque to each side equally. The 114 kWh batter gets you about 409 km in range, and accelerating from 0 - 100 km/h only takes you 4.6 seconds.
Safety and Driver Assistance Features
Are you tired of trying to maintain a safe distance from the car ahead? The 2024 Audi SQ8 has Adaptive Cruise Assist to slow or speed your SUV based on the detectors at the front. You also have a top-view camera system to watch your vehicle in 3D from above, helping you navigate tricky parking situations.
